Distance Healing with Jamie Carmody is surprisingly powerful. The whole body began to tingle, as if it were lit, in a deep, warm way, currents of energy permeating my whole system. I felt like I was floating. Relaxation, restoration, calm, radiated throughout, head to toes. Almost eerily I felt as if I were in Jamie's studio and she were actually touching me. I did a remote healing session over the phone and it was a very good experience. Shortly into the 20 minute session I noticed my breathing became more relaxed and I began to fall into a meditative state, very similar to what happens for me on the table. At the end of the session when I went to move my body had actually felt like it had been worked on. Pretty cool stuff, I highly recommend it and look forward to doing it again.

I had a remote ZB sessions with Jamie and it was wonderful and effective.  I have been carrying tension in my neck and upper back (who isn’t!?) and she worked on releasing the tension through the legs and lower body.  I could feel the energy begin to flow in my legs during the session.  I could feel the tension ease in the upper body.  Jamie also noted my allergy symptoms and nasal congestion and worked on relieving the sinus pressure and giving me tips on how to handle it.  While I will always prefer “hands on”, this is the best at this time and really works!

Maybe this sounds crazy, but hear me out. I’ve been in this business for a long time and I’ve learned what is possible. We prefer touch. We are used to touch. But for the foreseeable future, consider ENERGETIC HEALING a good option for relief of what ails you.

I can’t explain it, but I believe in it. If you believe in the power of prayer, then you can believe in this. I will be combining Comtemplative Meditation, aka Sat Nam Rasayan, which I’ve been studying for the last couple of years and my skills as a Zero Balancer to tune into your needs. This is vibrational healing with intention and attention.

  • What will it feel like? You may feel some sensations or not, it will depend on the session. The goal is that you relax and go into a healing state.

  • What is a “healing state”? A healing state is that state where you are bobbing in and out of sleep and wakefulness, that floaty space where time becomes relative. Your breath slows, your stomach gurgles, you twitch. ‘You’ disappear for a little while and your body goes into repair mode. It is also known as ‘shuniya’ or ‘the zone’ = a deep meditative state.

  • What does a session look like? There are variations in how it can be done. First, we will set a time. Then it is decided whether we will be connected by phone, video or neither. You can decide what you’d like to work on before the session so that you have a clear ‘frame’ for what we will be doing. We can work on any level = physical, mental, emotional. We will discuss your ‘frame’ for about the first 5 minutes or as long as needed to set the therapeutic space. During the session, it is good for you to be in a comfortable position in a quiet environment. I will keep track of the time and let you know when we’re done.

  • What will I be doing? My focus will be on you. I will either be meditating, mentally performing a protocol Zero Balancing session on you, or some combination. I will also be listening and assessing what you can do at home to maintain yourself after treatment, including either physical exercise, breath exercise or a meditation. Everything will be tailored to your needs.

  • How will I feel after a session? Under normal circumstances, you will feel calmer, clearer and more resilient. It is a little different for everyone and will depend somewhat on your frame for the session.

PICK ME UP IN 15

15 minutes is all it may take! Either as  a ‘pick-me-up’ or a ‘try- before-you-buy’ scenario, this is a good way to spend a little to get a lot. I have had a lot of success with these shorter sessions, especially when treating for anxiety and stress.

If you don’t think that 15 minutes will be enough time to get you back in synch, 30 minutes will give us more time to work on your frame and you more time to really relax. Deeper is as deeper does! Experience the difference!
