I am Jamie Carmody and I believe that transformation can be practical. I am a licensed massage therapist since 1993. Over those +30 years of practice, I have a hands-on perspective with regard to personal evolution. My lens of Zero Balancing teaches me to look at the world in terms of Structure and Energy. The lens of Yoga affirms that worldview. Both enable me to ground myself and put that worldview into practice. Practical Transformation speaks to teaching people how to use these 2 technologies to transform themselves. In my world, the body is a complete “kit”. Zero Balancing allows me to facilitate the movement of body energy through body structure for others. Yoga allows the individual to facilitate the movement of energy through themselves. It is a world where better alignment and energetic movement translate into greater resilience and well-being, no matter who is doing it!
